Possible additional duties and fees on UPS shipments to Canada

Canadian Customers,

Due to the recent strike by Canada Post, we've been forced to use UPS as our only shipping option for orders to Canada. We've recently been made aware that on some of those shipments UPS is requesting our customers pay additional duties/fees before the delivery can be completed. We apologize about these unexpected costs, and want to make you aware of them in advance. Please use this information when deciding whether to place an order now, or waiting until we're once again able to ship via USPS/Canada Post.

While the Canada Post strike ended back on 12/17, as of now (12/26) the USPS is still not accepting any shipments bound for Canada. We hope that this will change soon, and we will be able to get back to our normal shipping options. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize again to all of our Canadian customers who were hit with unexpected fees/duties from UPS.
