The past two orders had toothpicks that were splintered (prior to use as well as after moisturized without biting)…which was unfortunate..and I didn’t get any offer or reply when I emailed zippix..which is also unfortunate…

BUT! .., I had a couple product suggestions that I’d recommended back in early June, and one of my wishes came true! I’d asked, “..has your Team ever considered a larger gauged toothpick. Like one that’s 50 to 75 percent wider in girth? The feel is completely different (more solid), and it would mitigate defects/splintering..” …and voila! Now they offer a “BIG” version. Pretty excited to see how this holds up compared to the skinny ones, lol…you’re welcome, Zippix! 🤣

I also suggested shortening the toothpicks by 1/5th or so in length. While at work (or when in the presence of company), I frequently bite off a bit of length so as to not have it protruding out of my mouth. But that causes splintering and I usually have to toss it out almost immediately. So hopefully they create a hybrid version…Big Stump would be a catchy title, lol.
