We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Free Shipping, or UPS for Paid Shipping. We do our best to get all orders fulfilled and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding federal holidays).  Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

Free Shipping orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

UPS does not deliver on weekends, no matter the shipping speed.

Excellent product and phenomenal customer service

The product and the customer service are great. My order was lost by usps and within 3 hrs of sending an email to the customer service line, they had a replacement on its way and even tossed in a couple extra packages. You can’t beat that. 5/5

I am updating my review from a 1 to a 3. After not receiving my first order. They promptly sent me a replacement after seeing my review. The cinnamon toothpicks arrived quickly and ai thank them for that. I give 3 star after receiving this product because I love the idea and would use regularly.
The thing that makes me hesitant of ordering more is the flavor. The potency of the cinnamon leaves me wishing for just a little more, but will do. What ever they use for the sweetener is slightly off putting. I love cinnamon, but that weird flavor, that is not the nicotine flavor throws me off. I use other pouches in cinnamon flavor and love them. But these can be better. They can use a revamp. If they do, I am a potential regular customer.
