Phenomenal flavor, great physical toothpick. Much better than ZYN or nicotine pouches because you can use just one for hours. Lowers my overall nicotine intake and it feels much easier on my gums.

Great alternaive

Sometimes the tooth pick is thinner and breaks and it feels like you chew through several, but I also broke cigs in half. So trade one for another, this is the best way for me to quit smoking and stay off vaping. 100% recommend.
