So far, we love them. The flavors are not overwhelming. The toothpicks help curb the cravings when I’m not in a place to smoke or even after a meal. I pop in a toothpick and it makes a difference in how much I am currently smoking.

I have been smoking/vaping for the last 10 years, so i’m familiar with nicotine levels and am very accustomed to the oral fixation that comes along with the addiction. I‘ve gone through maybe 15 toothpicks so far and can honestly say the 3mg is actually pretty satisfying, and I really didn’t expect it to be. It keeps me from leaving my desk multiple times during the day to go sneak outside. I was really drunk last weekend and these kept me from fiending while I was in the uber. I chew these down to nothing and they usually last me a little over an hour. The description of the Sweet Wood flavor is kind of vague but I’m really happy I went with these over another flavor. It kinda gives off this slightly sweet (I don’t want to say vanilla but idk how else to describe it) flavor and has a little bit of a (winterfresh) menthol kick. I’m glad I tried these.

I resend my latest review as I did not notice there were two different product lines of these toothpicks.
