Make me very Nauseous

I'm finally serious about quitting smoking. I tried multiple times previously and the last time I used vaping as an alternative. It worked for a few months until it didn't. It was like trying to quit eating carbs and having pizza with crust made of cheese or a burger without a bun. Close, but not what I wanted..

Unfortunately, I kept vaping after I started back up smoking, which greatly reduced my number of cigarettes each day which was a silver lining. I went from about a pack a day, to about 5-10 per day. However, my wife was not impressed by any of that.

So this time I have decided to implement a different plan.

My plan is to go from smoking upwards of a half pack and vaping in the car and in the home office, to vaping when I used to smoke and using zippix when and where I used to vape. So this means no more vaping in the car or in the house, only outside or in the garage and using zippix in the house, at the desk, and in the car. The plan is to do that for the month of December. Then in January, I am going to try and get rid of the vape and just use zippix.

This is the plan and I have no idea what the end results will be. With that said, 8 days into this plan, it's going quite well. The zippix toothpicks are helping with cravings. Not every time, but most times. They seem to be doing more for my cravings the last couple of days than they were at first. So I am optimistic that I can completely stop smoking and vaping. Not only that but the flavors are all good and the price is significantly less than either smoking or vaping.

i read about these on a blog and decided to check them out. i bought the variety pack to try all the flavors and so far have tried 3 and really enjoy sweet wood and peppermint watermelon and not sweet whiskey or spice island cove as the flavor is too strong for me. right now im mixing with using zyn but we shall see if these become the favorite. i also like that the ingredients used to make the products are displayed on the package, not something any of the tobacco companies do.
