We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Free Shipping, or UPS for Paid Shipping. We do our best to get all orders fulfilled and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding federal holidays).  Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

Free Shipping orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

UPS does not deliver on weekends, no matter the shipping speed.

These toothpicks work!

The toothpicks are my favorite nicotine withdrawal tool. I have losenges and vape, but I find the toothpicks are more effective for me. Cinnamon and Mocha are my favorites.
