Holiday 2024 - USPS Shipping Issues

We're aware of the issues affecting the USPS during the past few weeks. It appears that due to the influx of holiday shipments, our free shipping USPS shipments may lack tracking updates or take longer than usual to arrive.

Please note that we ship all orders within 1 business day after being placed. It's possible that your tracking information may have the status "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item", when in fact the USPS has been in possession of your package for several days. For whatever reason, package acceptance scans and additional tracking scans are sometimes not being performed.

In most cases, your tracking information will update when your package arrives in the destination city. However, we've been seeing longer than usual transit times on some orders using the free shipping option. We share your frustration about these USPS issues, and we apologize if your order takes longer than normal to arrive. We will always make sure that you receive your order.
