Good but splinters

The order I recieved had good flavor but so much of the picks splintered or were frayed right from the bag. Tried to enjoy but so much was falling off immediately and I didn’t want to ingest all of the wood. Not sure if I’ll buy again

Great except for the defects

I adore this product. however some of my bags arrive and while chewing on them even lightly they seem to split in the center due to a week area in the wood. I hope it was just a one-off bag, however now I've had two bags of 100 where the majority of them were like this. If I get another bag like this I will definitely be in touch because after a third strike I would like some free product. thank you! these are such an excellent alternative to inhaling nicotine, I'm extremely grateful.
