My best friend at work

Not keen on the watermelon peppermint but thats just my personal taste I'll still use them. Would recommend variety pack to see which flavors you like best.

Where Have These Been Hiding?

After trying pretty much every way to quit smoking over the past 30 years (gum, patches, hypnosis, etc.) I had given up trying to quit. That was until a friend mentioned that he used Zippix to help him quit. I had no idea these even existed! I haven't quit yet, but I have cut my use of cigarettes almost in half. Every other cigarette is replaced by a toothpick. They really cut down the urge to smoke. I will eventually have 2 toothpicks between cigarettes, and then 3...until I am completely cigarette free. That's the plan, anyway. Wish me luck!
